DOT Mobile & On-Site Drug & Alcohol Testing

Service Description

TVVS provides mobile DOT urine specimen collection and DOT breath alcohol testing at employer worksites and approved off-site locations. Services are performed by DOT-Qualified personnel in accordance with applicable 49 CFR Part 40 procedures. Available for pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty, and follow-up testing, as applicable. Pricing includes a standard mobile deployment within 20 driving miles of our Bloomington office. Drug collection and alcohol testing fees are charged per person. DOT breath alcohol testing includes required confirmation when indicated. Laboratory analysis and Medical Review Officer (MRO) services are not included in collection-only pricing. Additional charges may apply for extended travel, after-hours response, excessive waiting time, incomplete or unsuccessful collections requiring additional visits, and other services outside the standard appointment. Employer authorization and a suitable private collection location are required. All appointments are subject to dispatch confirmation.
